Established in 1990, Welkin has been providing training services to the Government, multinationals, corporations and executives primarily in the area of IT and computer skills training.  We have had over 300,000 enrolments and served over 3000 organizations.  The professional development arm is an extension of our current service offering leveraging our experience in providing quality and professional training services.

Welkin provides CEF (Continuing Education Fund) reimbursable certificate and diploma programs approved by Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation (香港學術評審局) as well as short courses that provide practical and effective information and knowledge to enhance management skills.  For group training, Welkin also provides custom-designed programs that fit your specific needs.
