The following certificate programs have been approved by the Hong Kong Council for Academic Accreditation and the Education and Manpower Bureau for inclusion in the list of reimbursable Continuing Education Fund (CEF) courses:

Insurance / Law Series

IT Series

Eligible applicants will be reimbursed 80% of their fees, subject to a maximum sum of HK$10,000, on successful completion of a reimbursable course.

Eligibility

Persons who -

are Hong Kong residents who have the right of abode or the right to land or to remain in Hong Kong without restriction. Holders of one-way permits from Mainland China may also apply;
have enrolled in and paid the tuition fee for a reimbursable course before the course commences; and
are aged from 18 to 60 at the time of application and on seeking reimbursement of their fees.

* Degree holders are eligible to apply for the CEF with effect from 1 September 2003 . The fees for more than one reimbursable course may be reimbursed, subject to the maximum ceiling of HK$10,000 per applicant not being exceeded.
